Executive Assistant
Salary circa £50,000 (depending on skills, experience, and background)
Do you enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and keeping everything on track?
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the centre of a busy team and helping leaders stay focused and organised. If this sounds like you and you’re experienced in supporting senior leaders - we want to hear from you!
A bit about the job:
You’ll be a key part of the Commercial Lines Chief Underwriting Office (CUO) team, providing day-to-day support to our CUO and one of their Directors in their immediate team. Your work will help keep meetings running smoothly, ensure clear communication, and support the team in staying focused on what matters most. From managing diaries and preparing documents to connecting colleagues and keeping things moving after meetings, you’ll play a central role in how we work together. It’s a varied role where your organisational skills and ability to build relationships will really shine.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Experience providing executive-level support in a large and complex environment (ideally at a Fortune 100 company)
- Confident using Microsoft Office tools, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Comfortable managing changing priorities and handling multiple tasks at once
- A good understanding of the financial services or insurance field, or the ability to quickly get up to speed.
- Knowledge of how large organisations work and how to navigate them effectively
What you’ll get for this role:
Our purpose - with you today, for a better tomorrow – is a promise we make to our colleagues too. And one of the ways we live up to that promise is by investing in you. We have so much to offer when it comes to being an Aviva colleague.
