Our Claims department is currently seeking a Personal & Speciality Lines Claims leader to drive continuous improvement on our performance of our outsource partners and DA arrangements We are flexible with location and the role can be based at one of our offices convenient to your location but may require some travel.
The role is responsible for oversight of 3 Important Outsourced Functions and our Personal Lines brokers including those with delegated authority. The role also leads on our large banking partner relationships from a claims perspective. It's so varied which makes this an exciting opportunity with great breadth.

Within the role you will:
To provide adequate oversight of our Personality Speciality Lines outsourced partners. This includes being able to evidence oversight of these businesses against each of our key customer, cost and conduct metrics. This role also needs to demonstrate driving an improved performance as a result of the adequate oversight
Provide effective oversight on cost management in Travel and ensure the customers are receiving fair outcomes and no over treatment. This needs to be achieved through effective challenge and support of the outsourced partner and being curious of understanding the wider market conditions of Travel. We are now the largest travel insurer in the UK and we want to ensure we're the best through all our metrics
Lead any Major Incidents for Travel claims and Identify and ensure risks are managed effectively whilst liaising with 1st and 2nd line risk teams as appropriate
This role also owns the broker and strategic banking partner relationships on a day to day basis. Working with both groups of partners to deliver great customer and cost outcomes from all claims we receive
Skills and experience we’re looking for:

Salary up to £70,000, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications
