Are you strategically minded and can draw the dots between business and leadership priorities and what content colleagues find compelling to stand-out-from-the-crowd?
Aviva is seeking an experienced and vivacious individual to join our group internal communications team as a Senior Internal Campaigns Communications Manager, predominantly to focus on our Group internal communications campaigns.
Please note this role is a Fixed term Contract position covering Maternity leave, starting in July or August
A bit about the job
As a Senior Internal Campaigns Communications Manager, you’ll help our people connect to our purpose, live our values and become advocates for Aviva. You’ll help drive engagement and alignment behind Aviva’s strategic business priorities, helping create clarity for people on their contribution to these.
You'll be the beating heart of our internal campaigns, creating and delivering activity from brief to execution to connect people to our strategy, purpose and values and help them do their best work. You’ll also be a whizz at measuring outputs to capture campaign success.
This is particularly important as we continue to embed our new employee social platform, Workvivo, driving engagement through consumer standard content and world-class creative brilliance.
You’ll create unmissable, dynamic, and compelling content that supports and embeds Aviva’s purpose; “With you Today, for a Better Tomorrow”. Putting the voice of our people and customer centricity at the heart of our communications.
You’ll be a key part of our Group team, who curate, produce and publish cut through and compelling content for Aviva colleagues, with the right messages in the right format through the right channels. As part of the team, you’ll lead and inspire two brilliant people – a campaigns manager and a digital communications & design manager.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
A wealth of experience in internal communications, particularly in creating engaging and creative campaigns across a range of sectors and industries
Highly honed and proven creative skills, able to change hearts and minds through different ways of communicating, drawing inspiration from a variety of sources
Commercial acumen, with the ability to influence a variety of stakeholders, all the way up to C-Suite
Be comfortable leading and rolling up your sleeves to get stuck in with delivery
Confidence communicating in a corporate matrix organisation, creating digital content that can cut-through complexity and bureaucracy to reach a busy audience spread across multiple sites

Salary of Circa £70,000 (Depending on skills and experience)
Bonus opportunity - 12% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
